Thursdays are the perfect day to go out for lunch. Every Thursday at the Lighthouse Restaurant is Dollar Day!! They have a special menu with tacos, chili rellanos, beans that come in a fried tortilla, burritos, and much more. The Lighthouse is always a great place to eat and the even have music on Friday nights. They will be hosting a fundraiser later this month, I'll tell you about it next week when I get more information about it. Anyways, this is what I had for lunch the other week.........


There's actually a flauta under that salad looking stuff!! I couldn't finish, but I sure tried!! LOL .And let's not forget about dessert!.......
