Almost Free

San Felipe street merchants are very creative when it comes to sales."Almost Free", they know just a few words in English, but they are affective at getting the attentions of Americans and Canadians. Here in Baja silver and natural stones are very popular jewelry items.

San Felipe is a quiet family oriented fishing port, far from the problems of Tiajana,Rosarito, and Ensenada. You can spend a weekend near the beach, renting quads and running up and down sand dunes and getting $1 tacos and $1 beers.

My husband and I love San Felipe, we live 6 miles from town in the 2nd largest ejido in Mexico. We are surrounded by Mexican citizens, Canadians and other Americans. We are legal residents of Mexico and plan to become duel citizens in about 2 years.

Bring your RVs and sandrails, park on the beach, my favorite is KIKI's, then Ruben's.

Bye for now!!

Loved the pics. There are many clubs in San Felipe. The opportunities to help the community are endless. A few hours and a few $ is all that it takes. You meet the best people. It's a great way to make friends for life!!
